Participation in the leadership and the global perspective DMIN program can be interrupted in two parallel price sequences:

Project portfolio research sequence with project faculty: DMIN 750/795, 751, 850/895, 851, 950, 951

Project Portfolio Research Sequence

The six project portfolio research courses should provide students greater flexibility to strengthen interest in a ministry in a ministry, problem, problem or opportunity (NPO). Each S-Tudent is assigned to a small peer group under the supervision of a project faculty member (PF), which leads its research through a series of key milestones to generate the final portfolio.

The research rate sequence is divided into 3 levels - discovering, designing, delivering - with milestone jobs to highlight the completion of each phase.

  • Year 1 - Discover : Students first explore a need, problem or opportunity (NPO) from their Ministry context. They draw discoveries from the findings of the basic grassholder in their context as well as the expert analysis by immersing a relevant academic and theological literature.
  • Year 2 - Design : Students are involved from their context of their context of brainstorming solutions. From this process, the students recognize and test a project prototype, which has developed in the third year.
  • Year 3 - Deliver : Students refine the prototype with potential users, evaluate their findings and create a starting plan to develop their project after degree. A Audit Committee evaluates the project and starting plan for the final approval.

All important milestone documents are compiled in a final portfolio for the library archival and digital publication.

Courses taught by the lead Mentor


Dr. Jason Clark serves as Lead Mentor for the Leadership and Global Perspective program. The courses of Dr. Clark consist of directed readings and interaction of Cohort-Level online. The students examine how to lead in their own contexts from a variety of perspectives and disciplines. These courses generally contain the following elements:

reads : The lead mentor offers a reading list and a timetable of books, articles and websites for students to discuss.

Personal guidance plan (PLDP) : As part of the leadership of the Lead Mentor, students develop a PLDP, which detailed the student's executives and the steps and practices to develop their leadership and practices to develop their Leadership detailed.

Online Discussion : Students each discuss the assigned course materials on the public, DMINLGP blog platform.

Zoom chat : The students meet once a week for a live videoconference Monday morning, Pacific Time. The lead mentor facilitates the discussion. The important date page overrides the specific days and times for future cohort.
